What Are Disposable Vapes?
Disposable vapes such as Geekbar and Moreish Puff Air Bar are non-rechargeable devices that are designed to be discarded once the e-liquid and battery that it is preloaded with is all used up. Single use kits come with the same components as a rechargeable mod such as a coil, batteries and e-liquid, but with disposables, everything is built in which means there's no need for any form of set up, allowing it to be more convenient.

What is the Difference Between Disposable Vapes and Traditional Mods?
The main differences with disposable vapes and a rechargeable mod is that you do not need to worry about replacing coils and purchasing liquids or having to recharge because once the disposable vape is out of e-liquid, it can be discarded.

How Do Disposable Vapes Work?

Disposable vapes work by mimicking the simplistic feel of a cigarette so by inhaling, the ecig battery powers the coil that vaporizes the e-liquid which produces the desired flavour.

What is Nicotine Salt?
Nicotine salt also known as nic salt is a type of naturally forming nicotine found in leaf tobacco. Nic salt e-liquids are the most efficient way to deliver nicotine to your body. A vast number of vapers say they find that nic salts deliver a more satisfying experience, saying e-liquid with nicotine salt is easier to inhale thanks to its biocompatibility. Users have cited throat hits of reduced harshness and are able to use more powerful liquids, taking in more nicotine for each vape. Many users of lower-powered devices have started to embrace nic salts.

Do you need an account to place an order?

If you are willing to purchase one of our products, you do not need an account with us. You have the option of continuing as a guest. However, if you would like us to save your details, then setting up an account is highly recommended.

How do you set up an account?

On the top left corner of the home page, click on the ‘CREATE AN ACCOUNT’ tab. This will then direct you to another page where you will provide us with your details such as your name, email address, phone number etc. If you are a distributor, click on the wholesale tab on the right hand side of the homepage, which will take you to the wholesale website.

What happens if I've forgotten my password?

When logging into your account, you will see a link that says ‘Forgot your password?’. Click the link & follow the instructions. Make sure that your email address matches the same email used to set up the account.

How do I access my account?

In the top left corner of the home page click on to the ‘LOG IN’ link. From here, you will have access to all of your information, such as your recent orders and other important details.

Order queries

How do I know my order has been successful?

You will receive a confirmation email, informing you that your order was successful and has been approved.

Why has my order not been delivered?

If your order has not been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate this for you.

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible in order for you to get a refund. If your order has already been shipped, a cancellation will not be possible unless you return or reject your order.

How do I apply a discount code to my order?

When checking out, you will see a ‘Discount Code’ tab on the right hand side of the screen. Type in your discount code and your discount will be automatically applied to your order. If ordering on mobile, you will need to click “View Order Summary” to see this section.

I have received the wrong item... What should I do?

If you have received the wrong item, try not to panic. Contact us via email or telephone and we will resolve this issue for you as quickly as possible. We may ask for a photo of the wrong item to be emailed to us for proof.

Shipping queries

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately, due to current issues with couriers, we only ship to places within the UK.

When will my order arrive?

Depending on the time you place your order, you will receive your parcel within 48 hours after your order has been confirmed. However you must place your order before 2pm Monday - Friday. Your parcel will be delivered via Royal Mail.

Has my order been dispatched and do I have a tracking code/number?

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number which allows you to track your parcel.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs £3.99 for standard UK delivery. All customers who spend over £25 on our website will receive free UK delivery*.

PLEASE NOTE: FREE DELIVERY DOES NOT APPLY FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS. For orders under £25, delivery cost is £5.50, and for over £25, delivery is £8.50.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Of course! Next day UK delivery costs £4.99.

Payment & Billing queries

Can I pay using a card?

At Vape Disposables we accept major cards such as VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB card & Maestro.

My card keeps declining. Why?

You may be experiencing problems completing your purchase for a variety of reasons. The most common problem involves incorrectly entered billing/card information.

Ensure that the billing information is compatible with the credit card you want to use. You must enter the billing address that your card is registered to. Although you can select a different shipping address, the order may be rejected if the billing information does not match.

Check the card details and make sure that all details, including the CV2 (three digit security number) have been correctly entered.

You must ensure that the credit card type you use is accepted by our website.

We ask that you check with your bank if your credit card is accepted internationally before ordering. If you have any further issues, please talk to a member of our team who will be able to help you out.
